Tutoring

Tutoring is an excellent way for volunteers interested in committing up to two hours a week to become familiar with Building Bridges. The tutoring sites are all supervised by staff who will be on-hand to assist if needed.  

We need people who can work one-on-one with a child, help with homework and remedial lessons. You do not need to be a professional teacher or counselor, you just need to have patience, compassion, consistence and words of encouragement.
