Greater Ohio Virtual School

Building Bridges as teamed up with GOVS to offer our youth an alternative when all traditional forms of formal education have failed.  In the past when one of our youth had trouble in school, because of conflict or some other problem which ended up in expulsion, the youth had no other options. 

Now through our collaboration, their education will continue under our supervision, at the Building Bridges Group Home our Community Based Services.  GOVS is unlike other public schools in that the students move through the curriculum via the internet in a structured environment.

This distance learning or virtual program is designed for students in grades 9-12. Students will be serviced by certified teachers. The calendar and operation time is 24/7 education on demand. 

Building Bridges is one of the few Group Homes who offer this innovative option for their youth.
