Group Home

The Building Bridges Group Home (BBGH), opened in 1979 to teenage boys who the system had labeled "Unsalvageable." BBGH is a place where boys, ages 14-18, are safe to ask for help and take the first steps towards a new start in life.

The Youth Residents work around-the-clock with staff and volunteers who want nothing more than to see them succeed. The effectiveness of BBGH is a result of us being able to provide a non-institutional, home-like atmosphere in which our youth feel safe, comfortable and totally supported, for many, a new experience.

Success Stories

Building Bridges received a handwritten letter from an alumni of the program. She and three siblings have been impacted significantly in the last four years. Maria is now serving in Alaska.
