Building Bridges Christmas Party a huge success!
Published on December 22, 2013
We held our annual Building Bridges Christmas party on Friday, December 20th. The party was a great success! Watching the kids open their gifts is so much fun and such a blessing!!
Thank you to Reclaiming Futures and everyone else that helped with crafts, games, food and music! A special thank you to Santa for stopping by and visiting with the kids.
Due to the generosity of our Building Bridges supporters, we were able to provide gifts for 247 kids this year! We want to recognize a few groups that "adopted" multiple children:
MTSI, St. Leonard Faith Community, Carr Insurance Agency, Norman-Spencer Agency, Avery Dennison, LexisNexis, Support Air, Living Hope Women's Ministry Bible Study, Centerville Noon Optimist Club, Woodman Stop- N-Lock and United Methodist Women.
Thank you to the many individuals and families that "adopted" kids as well! We have heard many wonderful stories of families shopping together for our kids.
Due to the generosity of everyone that donated and shopped this year, Building Bridges was able to help many of the children from other probation units throughout Montgomery County Juvenile Court.
We will post photos of the day as soon as we can! We are so grateful for each and every one of you! Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
